Clay Cline is the Senior Vice President of Architectural Engineering, a member of PEC’s Leadership Team, and on the Board of Directors. In this role, he drives and oversees the structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering divisions as well as sustainability services. Clay has extensive experience designing and managing all types of buildings primarily in the healthcare, industrial, and federal markets. He has been serving PEC and our communities since 2005.

Brandon Claassen is the Vice President of Mechanical Engineering & Commissioning and is a member of the PEC Leadership Team. He oversees all HVAC, Plumbing, and Commissioning projects. Brandon brings many years of experience in design, construction administration, project management, and coordination with other design disciplines on new and renovated facilities. He has been serving PEC and our communities since 2002.

Marc Jones is the Vice President of Electrical Engineering and is a member of the PEC Leadership Team. He brings more than 24 years of experience in both new construction and renovation of federal, industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings. Marc specializes in designing electrical systems including lighting, power, lightning protection, grounding, public address, generators, security and network systems, and electrical controls. He has been serving PEC and our communities since 1997.

Mike Kelso is the Vice President of Structural Engineering and is a member of the PEC Leadership Team. He oversees a team responsible for schematic design, development, final calculations, drawings, and coordination with other disciplines. Mike brings years of expertise in both computer modeling and traditional methods for complex structures and specializes in the analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures. He has been serving PEC and our communities since 2000.

Corey Rhodes is the Sustainability Services Leader and is a member of the PEC Leadership Team. He leads our efforts to explore and implement sustainable principals in our projects, aiding customers in embracing eco-friendly practices, and researching government grants, subsidies, and tax credits to provide valuable insight to our customers. Corey channels his experience as a mechanical engineer to lead teams to perform energy assessments, identify energy conservation measures, and explore cutting-edge technologies and cost-effective implementation strategies. He has been serving PEC and our communities since 2017.
