NOCs and ROCs are the most critical element for uptime surveillance of enterprise data centers. Operations centers monitor and direct data and voice communications through land-based, satellite, and undersea cabling via a vast network of switch centers. They offer the ability to obtain real time transmission data and predict optimal routing paths through connectivity success rates and traffic flow demand.
