Clay Cline, PE, SE SVP Markets

Clay Cline is the Senior Vice President of Markets. In his role, he drives and oversees the growth and strategy between all markets. He has extensive experience managing and designing a variety of commercial, healthcare, energy, industrial, and federal projects. Clay has been serving PEC and our communities since 2005.

Jack Johannes, PE VP Federal

Jack Johannes is the Vice President of Federal and is a member of the PEC Leadership Team. He brings extensive experience in military engineering operations and leading large multi-disciplined teams. Jack oversees PEC’s federal market strategy, project compliance, delivering our purpose to clients, and ensuring collaboration between market and technical units. He has served PEC and our communities since 2023.

Steve Vo, PE VP Commercial, Civic, and Education Markets

Steve Vo is the Vice President of the Commercial, Civic, and Education Markets. In addition to his experience planning, designing and managing project types ranging from municipal/civic facilities, schools, industrial facilities, and beyond, he is also versed in all types of project delivery methods. Steve is an advocate for clients and works with all stakeholders to ensure their standards are met. He has been serving PEC and our communities since 2003.
