Koch Industries Campus Expansion

Wichita, KS
PEC conducted master planning and engineering services to expand Koch Industries’ Wichita campus from 143 acres to 343 acres while adding a new 3-story office building and four security and entry gate houses. To unify Koch Industries’ Wichita campus, 37th Street North was rerouted around the site.
A significant stream realignment necessary for adequate site drainage required regulatory approval from the US Army Corps of Engineers. PEC developed an extensive mitigation plan and led agency coordination efforts that resulted in a successful Individual Permit application.
