From the beginning, this “replace-in-place” construction project presented a unique challenge, which involved maintaining an operational hospital throughout the construction process, keeping utilities uninterrupted throughout construction. This project included renovation of existing 3-story medical office building, emergency center and rural health clinic while adding an attached single-story structure serving administration/Offices, Clinical Lab, Dietary Services, Engineering Services, Housekeeping, Imaging (Radiology/Ultrasound), Inpatient Acute, Information Technology, Laundry, Materials Management, Pharmacy and Rural Health Clinic.
