Matt Billingslea, PE SVP Engineering

Matt Billingslea is the Senior Vice President of Engineering and is a member of the PEC Board of Directors. In this role, he oversees the development and growth of all engineering divisions including architectural, civil, and energy engineering. Matt brings extensive experience in technical design, master planning, and project management. He has been serving PEC and our communities since 2011.

Brandon Claassen, PE, LEED AP VP Mechanical Engineering and Commissioning

Brandon Claassen is the Vice President of Mechanical Engineering and Commissioning and is a member of the PEC Leadership Team. He oversees all HVAC, Plumbing, and Commissioning projects. Brandon brings many years of experience in design, construction administration, project management, and coordination with other design disciplines on new and renovated facilities. He has been serving PEC and our communities since 2002.

Marc Jones, PE VP Electrical Engineering

Marc Jones is the Vice President of Electrical Engineering and is a member of the PEC Leadership Team. He brings more than 24 years of experience in both new construction and renovation of federal, industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings. Marc specializes in designing electrical systems including lighting, power, lightning protection, grounding, public address, generators, security and network systems, and electrical controls. He has been serving PEC and our communities since 1997.

Mike Kelso, PE, SE VP Structural Engineering

Mike Kelso is the Vice President of Structural Engineering and is a member of the PEC Leadership Team. He oversees a team responsible for schematic design, development, final calculations, drawings, and coordination with other disciplines. Mike brings years of expertise in both computer modeling and traditional methods for complex structures and specializes in the analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures. He has been serving PEC and our communities since 2000.
