When LMH Health realized the need for expanded services on the city’s fast-growing west side, they wanted to meet the healthcare needs of a growing community and embrace advances in medicine, technology, and practices with a facility that reflects the elements of Destination Health:

A collaborative spirit was a part of the LMH Health West Campus project from the start. PEC offered the convenience and cost savings of a one-stop-shop of engineering services for the design-build team. With the contractors on board, the team had real-time pricing during the design process to aid decision making, eliminate the need for redesign efforts, and keep the project on budget. The design-build team’s integrated approach cut months from the overall schedule.
The primary focus of the new 3-story, state-of-the-art outpatient center is orthopedic and sports medicine with surgical capabilities and a full outpatient therapy area. It also consolidates many health services into one location with an imaging center, large primary care clinic, physical therapy, urgent care, women’s health center, and specialty physician offices.
Patients, staff, and visitors are greeted with grand finishes and lighting design that make this facility more like a 5-star hotel than a medical office building. Site amenities for the 20-acre campus include a therapy garden, and a walking trail with exercise and yoga station pause points that connect to existing City trails. The first-class roof top garden terrace contains a stage area, outdoor seating, and infrastructure to host diverse functions from black-tie galas to a casual outdoor luncheon.
