PEC and Design Team For Clair Donnelly at APWA Awards in Los Angeles CaliforniaThe American Public Works Association (APWA) has honored the Maize community and PEC with the prestigious Project of the Year Award for Small Cities/Rural Counties in Structures. This recognition is a testament to the exceptional landscape architectural design and engineering work carried out on the Clair Donnelly Amphitheater project.

The Clair Donnelly Amphitheater, a cherished gem within the Maize community, has undergone a transformation that is nothing short of remarkable, and the dedication and expertise of our partners, our clients, and our team have played a pivotal role in this achievement.

Landscape Architect, Nick Staib representing PEC, attended the APWA Mid AMX Spring Conference to accept the award on behalf of our entire team as PEC served as the project lead.  The conference brought together professionals and experts from the field of public works.

PEC’s commitment to excellence in engineering, combined with a vision for enhancing our community’s spaces, has left an indelible mark. The Clair Donnelly Amphitheater now stands as a shining example of what can be achieved when expertise and dedication come together.

This award not only recognizes exceptional work but also underscores the unwavering dedication of our staff to making our small cities and rural counties better places to live. It serves as a reminder that innovation and commitment to public projects can lead to transformative results.
