Project Description:

The Sanitary Sewer Project 4 expansion shall consist of approximately 1,500 linear feet of 12″ sanitary sewer replacement by open cut.

CDBG:

This project is funded through a Community Development Block Grant and is therefore subject to the provisions and requirements of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and Housing.  The bidder is responsible for familiarizing itself with the attached SCKEDD Supplemental Project Requirements and adhering to its policies, procedures, and regulations.

PEO 11246:

Bidders on the work will be required to comply with the President’s Executive Order No. 11246.  Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications.
