This project shall consist of the rehabilitation of Valley Center’s existing 750,000-gallon composite water tower. Rehabilitation includes pressure washing and overcoating exterior coatings, sandblasting and coating interior of the tank bowl, cleaning and overcoating interior dry areas, and miscellaneous tower repairs.
