Project Description:

Reconstruction of School St., Thomas St., S. Morris St. and Showalter St., including 4,727 L.F. curb and gutter and 5,849 S.Y. of pavement.

Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Federal prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3 of the 1968 Housing Act, Segregated Facility, Section 109 of the 1984 Housing and Community Development Act and Executive Order 11246, Housing and Community Development Act of 1964 and the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
