Meet the Team

Ben Mabry, PE SVP Government Markets

Ben Mabry is the Senior Vice President of Government Markets. He oversees and manages multiple federal, state, and municipal teams for projects of all sizes. With his experience as a City Engineer in several communities, Ben provides a real-world perspective and an appreciation for the challenges city governments face. He has nearly two decades of civil engineering experience and has been serving PEC and our communities since 2005.

Alex Darby, PE VP Municipal

Alex Darby is the Vice President of Municipal and is a member of the PEC Leadership Team. As VP, he leads our Municipal team in the design of collection systems, site design, stormwater evaluation, and site utility assessments. Alex specializes in utility coordination and brings many years of experience in project development, cost estimating, and funding assistance. He has been serving PEC and our communities since 2004.

Jack Johannes, PE VP Federal

Jack Johannes is the Vice President of Federal and is a member of the PEC Leadership Team. He brings extensive experience in military engineering operations and leading large multi-disciplined teams. Jack oversees PEC’s federal market strategy, project compliance, delivering our purpose to clients, and ensuring collaboration between market and technical units. He has served PEC and our communities since 2023.
