Zach’s responsibilities include project management and serving as a Lead Structural Engineer. As a licensed engineer, Zach is proficient in the analysis and design of steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures. He also provides schematic design, design development, and final design calculations and drawings. Zach leads PEC’s sustainability efforts and was elected as the Embodied Carbon Champion for PEC. As the Embodied Carbon Champion, he encourages all PEC engineers to think about sustainable design and to push colleagues into discussing sustainable design with clients.
