Wichita, Kan. – In 2025, Professional Engineering Consultants, P.A. (PEC) kicks off their 60^th anniversary celebration. Originally a merger of three engineering firms in Wichita, PEC was established in 1965. Since then, PEC has grown to be a nationally recognized, holistic solutions provider for communities across the nation. With its headquarters still in Wichita, its workforce consists of certified professional engineers, technicians, and support staff at ten different locations in four states.

Their work takes them across the nation and around the world designing a plethora of projects from highways to hospitals — water towers to wind turbines — stadiums to sidewalks — and everything in between. With offices spanning Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Missouri, they employ more than 400 team members who collectively hold engineering licenses in all 50 states.
