Professional Engineering Consultants (PEC) is pleased to announce the appointment of a new director to the PEC Board of Directors.

Based in Wichita, Matt Billingslea, PE, is a principal and the Senior VP of Civil Engineering at PEC. With 24 years of experience, Matt is responsible for leading the civil engineering team including municipal transportation, community planning, land development, highway, bridge, site civil, water resources, and water/wastewater. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 2000 with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.

“Being appointed to the PEC Board of Directors is a significant achievement. We’re excited to have Matt on board,” said Joe Surmeier, PEC President and Chief Executive Officer.

With the addition of Billingslea, PEC now has eight members on its Board of Directors.
