PEC Welcomes New Tulsa Community Engagement VP

After Professional Engineering Consultants (PEC) named VPs of Community Engagement in their Oklahoma City and Fort Collins markets last year, Mike Lally, SVP Community Engagement, is now naming Trey Ayers, CPM as VP of Community Engagement for PEC’s Tulsa market.

“Having key players quarterback the business development and growth efforts in our offices should allow us to have even more impact on the communities we serve,” Lally said.

PEC’s Community Engagement positions are crucial to achieving the purpose and vision goals set forth in our 2032 Strategic Plan and fulfilling our commitment to making a positive impact in the communities we serve. Tulsa is a thriving community that will greatly benefit from this role being filled.

“With the diversity of service offerings in our Tulsa office, I have a sense that there is great potential yet unrealized. Trey will be able to get involved in local organizations, build relationships, and bring new ideas to the table that will help us serve this market even better,” he continued.

As a native of Oklahoma, Ayers has approximately 30 years of business experience in the state that includes commercial real estate, land surveying, and economic development. He is also a former vice-mayor and planning commissioner for the City of Guthrie. While his focus will be the greater Tulsa area, he brings market knowledge and relationships from the Oklahoma City area including the City of Edmond which will be helpful in further developing that market.

“I think he brings a blend of experiences that should be nothing but beneficial to us. I’m excited about having his perspective coming into the company,” Lally finished.
