Home to the Wildcats, the Ponca City Public Schools’ athletic program had the opportunity to expand its facilities and maximize student potential with the construction of a new practice space.

The 51,000 SF indoor multi-sport practice facility includes two track lanes, two golf simulator bays, locker rooms, and other support features that allow student athletes to practice regardless of weather conditions. A storm shelter was also designed and built in accordance with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) criteria. Coordination of the utilities was a bit of a challenge and had to be adjusted to match the grade changes of the site. Our team worked to ensure requirements for the outdoor soccer field and parking lot were met while making the entire area accessible.

The new practice facility for the Ponca City School District creates a modern building for the community to celebrate sports and is a functional space for the development of student athletes.
