Burt Morey is the Senior Vice President of Transportation and is a member of the PEC Leadership Team. He brings more than three decades of experience in the transportation industry that included serving as the Deputy Secretary and State Transportation Engineer for the Kansas Department of Transportation. Burt’s experience gives him a unique perspective of highway transportation needs. He specializes in problem solving and delivering innovative solutions that meet clients’ needs, and the ability to work with people. Burt has been serving PEC and our communities since 2023.
