BG Products is a global leader in fuel and oil additives for the automotive industry. BG Products manufactures its products in El Dorado, Kansas, and distributes them all over the world. Serving a client with an international, and a local presence, is just part of the reason PEC was excited to be a part of the design team for their new 174,000-square-foot manufacturing facility.

PEC’s engineers helped design BG Products’ nine automated function-specific production lines with packaging capacities from 1-ounce bottles to 330-gallon totes. Whether filling more than 200,000 11-ounce cans per shift or packing 75 kits per minute, each line was built for optimal efficiency and speed.
