Project Description:

This project consists of infrastructure improvements which include construction of two new lift stations and forcemains. The work includes associated gravity sewer site and electrical improvements.

PEO 11246:

Bidders on the work will be required to comply with the President’s Executive Order No. 11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications.

CDBG:

This project is funded through a Community Development Block Grant and is therefore subject to the provisions and requirements of the Kansas Department of Commerce and Housing. The bidder is responsible for familiarizing itself with the attached SCKEDD Supplemental Project Requirements and adhering to its policies, procedures, and regulations.
