Britt Clubb SVP Field Services

Britt Clubb is the Senior Vice President of Field Services, is a member of the PEC Leadership Team, and on the Board of Directors. In this role, he is responsible for driving growth and innovation in field operations including business development, risk management, and strategic planning. Britt oversees a team of engineers and technical staff to ensure seamless execution of projects and the highest standard of quality. He has been serving PEC and our communities since 2014.

Matt Haug, PE, PTOE VP Inspection

Matt Haug is the Vice President of Inspection and is a member of the PEC Leadership Team. He oversees inspection of all types while ensuring contract compliance and quality for our clients. With more than 20 years of experience, Matt excels in developing strong project teams, coordinating communication between owners and contractors, and ensuring safety of all personnel during construction. He has been serving PEC and our communities since 2016.

Bob Henthorne VP Geotechnical Engineering

Bob Henthorne is the Vice President of Geotechnical Services and is a member of the PEC Leadership Team. He has more than 40 years of experience in the transportation industry, and most recently, was the Bureau Chief at the Kansas Department of Transportation. Bob is a dedicated Professional Geologist and has a strong track record of inspiring teams to enhance quality and productivity. He has been serving PEC and our communities since 2023.

Jimmy Wallis VP Survey

Jimmy Wallis is the Vice President of Survey and is a member of PEC’s Leadership Team. He oversees survey procedures including financial management, contract review and approval, business development, risk management, and strategic planning. Jimmy specializes in providing cost-effective mechanical and hydraulic recommendations as well as developing detailed engineering solutions to accommodate system requirements. He has been serving PEC and our communities since 2017.
