PEC Announces New VP and SVP in Energy Engineering
Professional Engineering Consultants (PEC) is proud to announce the promotion of Dylan Hess to Vice President of Power Engineering and Clay Cline as Senior Vice President of Energy Engineering. This milestone reflects both Dylan and Clay’s long-standing commitment to PEC and the leadership they consistently demonstrated throughout their time with the firm.
Dylan has been a valued member of the PEC family for 11 years, building a strong reputation for technical expertise, steady leadership, and a focus on client service. In this new role, he will continue to support the division’s technical excellence while helping guide its ongoing development and client service efforts. Dylan will play an important role in shaping the future of PEC’s power engineering services, making sure the team remains poised to meet the evolving needs of the communities and clients we serve.
In addition, Clay Cline assumes the role of Senior Vice President of Energy Engineering and will continue his responsibilities as Senior Vice President of Energy Engineering and will continue his responsibilities as Senior Vice President of Architectural Engineering. He will provide important oversight and leadership to the Energy Engineering department as it continues to advance in its goals.
