PEC is excited to welcome Jack Johannes as VP of Federal Markets. As a recent retiree of the U.S. Army, Jack graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Jack has extensive experience in the planning and execution of complex military operations, direct operations management, military engineering, training, and education roles in the United States and abroad.
