Clay is the Structural Division Manager responsible for financial management, client management, business development, risk management, quality control, strategic planning, and personnel management for multiple structural teams across the firm’s nine branch offices. Clay is a Kansas State graduate holding his PE in 19 states and has been with PEC since 2005.

Professional Engineering Consultants is pleased to announce the appointment of Britt Clubb to our Board of Directors. Britt is the Department Manager of Field Services. He oversees PEC’s survey, inspection, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing division. He is responsible for customer service, business development, financial management, risk management, and strategic planning for PEC’s materials testing division. Britt is a Tennessee Technological University graduate, holds his PE in 3 states, and is an active member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) of Kansas. Britt has been with PEC since 2014.
