Introducing our new Client Relations Manager

When Tim Pile flies, rather than hoping for extra elbow room, he hopes the person next to him likes to talk — he likes to listen.

“I can usually read it right away. If they don’t want to talk, I’ll pull out my laptop,” said Tim. “But if they do, I love hearing their story.”

Tim’s love for conversation makes him the perfect fit for filling PEC’s newly created position of Client Relations Manager.

In his new role, Tim works directly for PEC’s CEO Rod Young. He is focusing on creating and strengthening client relationships, improving, and enhancing customer service, as well as collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions to address our clients’ ever-changing needs.

“It is important to us our clients know we care, we want to listen, and we are passionate about providing quality service,” said Young.

Tim served in PEC’s electrical division for nearly three years. During his time, as an Audio-Visual Design Engineer, he cultivated an understanding of PEC’s comprehensive services and showed an insatiable enthusiasm for communicating.
