Professional Engineering Consultants, P.A. (PEC) is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to the firm’s Board of Directors: Mike Kelsey, PE, and Tracy Dible, PE, HFDP, LEED.

Kelsey serves as the Municipal Division Manager. He specializes in engineering design and management for municipal projects, including storm water, sanitary sewer, and water infrastructure projects. He also is the city engineering representative for a number of local communities.

Dible serves as the Mechanical Division Manager. He specializes in the design of mechanical systems for integration into public, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. For much of his career, healthcare has been his primary focus. However, he was instrumental in the mechanical engineering for the new Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport Terminal and Intrust Bank Arena.

Dible is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professional, and holds certification as a Health Facilities Design Professional (HFDP). He has more than 16 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in architectural engineering from Kansas State University.
