In 2015 PEC, with production help from Digital Brand, released two videos to celebrate our 50th anniversary. One showcased PEC’s brand, and the other aimed to recruit new engineers.

From the Wichita American Marketing Association, PEC’s recruiting video won the Silver Award for Video Marketing.

From SMPS (Society for Marketing of Professional Services) Marketing Communication Awards, PEC’s recruiting video won 1st place, and the branding video received an honorable mention, in the External Video Marketing category. The recruiting video was also awarded Best of Show, the first time a video had received the award from SMPS!

The SMPS Marketing Communications Awards Program is the longest-standing, most prestigious awards competition that recognizes excellence in marketing communications produced by professional services firms in the design and building industry. This competition is open to any of SMPS’ 6,500 members, along with nonmembers, employed in US and international professional services firms. All finalists were honored on stage and with an award during the SMPS Awards Gala on August 11 in Philadelphia, held in conjunction with Build Business, the Society’s annual conference. The recruiting video, as the Best of Show winner, was shown to all attendees.
