In 2016, the American Diabetes Association celebrated the 25th Anniversary of the Tour de Cure on April 30 at Spirit Aerosystems in Wichita. Team PEC Community represented with 73 people riding or walking.

The 2016 Wichita Tour de Cure raised a record amount for the ADA, with over $530,000 collected to support diabetes research and camps for local youth. On April 30, Spirit Wichita hosted over 600 Tour de Cure participants as they cycled or walked for a cure. For more details about the event visit diabetes.org/toursedgwickco.
