Land Use Planner
Requirements include:
- B.S. Degree in Urban, City or Land Use Planning, or related field from an accredited college.
- Minimum of two years experience in planning, preferably with community-based plans, including general and specific plans.
- Knowledge of codewriting mechanics of Subdivision/Zoning Regulations preferred but not required.
- Understanding of the importance of community input and facilitation, and related graphic communications.
- Ability to represent the Firm as a professional and provides excellent client service.
- Strong people management skills.
- Experience working in an interdisciplinary environment, with the ability to research and write well-organized reports.
- Excellent communication skills required including written, verbal, listening and interpersonal.
- Computer skills and software use including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.

Civil Engineer — Municipal
Requirements include:
- B.S. Civil Engineering
- Experience in Civil Design
- Minimum I.E. Certification – Licensed P.E. Preferred
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Design Software Preferred

CADD Technician — Civil
Requirements include:
- 2-5 years AutoCAD experience, with emphasis on Civil/Municipal design
(paving, water, sewer and drainage)

Civil Engineer — Water/Wastewater
Requirements include:
- B.S. Civil/Environmental Engineering

- Proficiency in Computer Aided Design Software a plus
