Building Information Modeling (BIM) lets us create a three-dimensional model of your facility, which maps out all its major systems (HVAC, pipes, walls and major structural elements).

With this detailed model, we can identify conflicts between major systems before they occur in the field. It's called "collision detection" or "clash detection."
